This is an update to my original post. I have updated my rating due to the dealership's persistence in trying to rectify the situation with me. This doesn't make what happen right but I do I have updated my rating due to the dealership's persistence in trying to rectify the situation with me. This doesn't make what happen right but I do appreciate their efforts to retain me as a customer. I truly want to do business with this dealership because it is a nice place, it is clean, it is convient, and they do, normally, go over and above on their service. Despite having one bad experience I will give them another try because my first experience at their new facility was great and I think I even gave them a raving review after that experience. So I've changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars and hopefully after my next experience I will give them 5 stars. This is my old post: It was horrible. Simple O2 sensor replace took 2 days. Even worse was the lack of communication. I had to call both days in the afternoon to ask what was going on and a quick response turned into a call after 5:00 both days. Only redeeming factor was the truck being delivered to me. More
