Maybe after my recent experience It took two weeks to get an appointment for annual change. My appointment was Nov 18th 11am. I arrived at 10:50 am. They said it would be 30- 45 minut It took two weeks to get an appointment for annual change. My appointment was Nov 18th 11am. I arrived at 10:50 am. They said it would be 30- 45 minutes. I left to do a few chores. I arrived back at 11:50. I paid the bill and got my keys back at 12:24. This is way too long being I scheduled this oil change, I was not a walk in. I was very disappointed with the service. More

Friendly, quick, professional service. I was a drop-in for basic oil change service, but despite the service dept being very busy, was able to effectively be in and out within a couple of h I was a drop-in for basic oil change service, but despite the service dept being very busy, was able to effectively be in and out within a couple of hours. Staff could not have been more friendly. I also had interaction with dealer management on an unrelated issue and they could not have been more friendly and thoughtful. More

I brought my truck in to have a vibration on the front left fixed. They replaced a wheel bearing on the front right and a four-wheel-drive part on the front left. The problem has not been fixed and is now left fixed. They replaced a wheel bearing on the front right and a four-wheel-drive part on the front left. The problem has not been fixed and is now worse than it was before. I called and spoke to the person at the quick lane where it was repaired, and they said I needed to talk to the regular service department. After speaking with the regular service department they said it was the quick Lane‘s problem and I needed to talk to them. Starting to get frustrated, I asked him to have somebody call me once they had it worked out, but have not heard from them yet. More

Very happy. Hudson Ford is the only place I will go for service on my two Fords. Dale and Michaela in Quick Lane go above and beyond to make certain the customer Hudson Ford is the only place I will go for service on my two Fords. Dale and Michaela in Quick Lane go above and beyond to make certain the customer is happy. I bought new tires for my F150 and when they were finishing I noticed the tires were black wall and I wanted white lettering. Michaela immediately looked into the situation and between her and Dale they ordered different tires but due to the time could not get them on until the next day. Dale gave me a loner at no cost to me, which was fine with me. The new tires were installed and I was extremely happy. More
