Took my car in for a oil change. Rear window washer has had a chronic problem since purchased. Hoe either slips off or kinks weeks after it’s repaired. Normally, the Ford mechanic looks at it while the oil had a chronic problem since purchased. Hoe either slips off or kinks weeks after it’s repaired. Normally, the Ford mechanic looks at it while the oil is draining and plugs it back in. Never charged me. This time I’m told “no trouble found” schedule another appointment. Is that “above and beyond”? Over all, I’ve been happy with this dealer, but this time was kind of a clinker. More
