I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

Yesterday, I brought my 2021 Honda Civic into the Crown Honda Dealership for a routine six-month oil change. I have had a problem with the passenger-side mirror as well as something on the windshield that Honda Dealership for a routine six-month oil change. I have had a problem with the passenger-side mirror as well as something on the windshield that I cannot remove - and I wash the car weekly at a local car wash. I was called by my representative, Michelle Dessert just minutes after entering the Crown building. After a brief explanation, she understood the three things that needed attention and set me up with shuttle van to take me home. Indeed, Ms. Dessert's acted so quickly, I was unable to drink the complimentary hot tea I looked forward to enjoying. Michelle called several hours later that the car was ready. My girlfriend drove me back to Crown and indeed, the mirror worked fine and the glass was "clean." Michelle Dessert made this experience not only hassle-free but reminded me why I am driving my fifth consecutive leased vehicle from Crown: a great team of employees that make any visit enjoyable. Enver Bekric provided great diligence in tracking a 2022 civic hatchback since July announcement of its release. He kept me informed by text and contacted me when it was delivered. He provided excellent details on the car’s systems and specs when we bought it. Tim Lavoie quickly processed the paperwork with wit and professionalism.
