I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

Took car in for routine service and check of A/C I have dealt with this dealership for many years and have only good experiences with both the sales staff and the service advisors. During m,y last v I have dealt with this dealership for many years and have only good experiences with both the sales staff and the service advisors. During m,y last visit I dealt with Michelle Dessert to have my car serviced and the A/C checked. When it was determined that a hose was leaking in the A/C and the cost to repair was $795 she was able to get it warranted by Honda. I really appreciated her efforts to provide the excellent service I have always had at this dealership. More

You know if you put this effort into getting people there service done you would not have many problems.
