I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

My experience was fantastic I had an emergency the day before Easter. Lost a tire on the rear drivers side. Michelle got it fixed for me in record time and Ken get me back and fo I had an emergency the day before Easter. Lost a tire on the rear drivers side. Michelle got it fixed for me in record time and Ken get me back and forth to home so I did not loose any time. I can not say enough about the quality of the service I received. More

Michelle’s customer service was great. She was attentive and empathetic of my service needs for my recently purchased vehicle from Crown Honda. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to get to the dealersh and empathetic of my service needs for my recently purchased vehicle from Crown Honda. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to get to the dealership until it almost closed. Even with 10 minutes left before closing, Brooks was still ready to help me get my car. When I went to start it, the battery would not let it start. I think it was Dan who was nice enough to bring out the battery jumper to help me get going again. Thank you all for your service. Thank you for fixing the issue I had. More
