I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

Michele Dessert saved Crown Honda for me The first time I went to Crown Honda - a while back..., the service guy who I got assigned to (not the mechanics, the one that does the paperwork) was The first time I went to Crown Honda - a while back..., the service guy who I got assigned to (not the mechanics, the one that does the paperwork) was not very good. I had an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It took a VERY long time, and although he had no control over that - he never kept me updated, so I decided after that 'i would have my car serviced elsewhere because of his apathy towards me.. BUT, I had a flat tire last week and needed to get it in ASAP. I called for an appt, was told I couldn't get it in until the following week, but I explained my circumstances and the call taker switched me to Michele Dessert.. I told her my predicament, and that I was driving on that donut tire that AAA put on, and my car also needed to be serviced, but I'd worry about that later. Well, she told me to bring the car in the next day and she would "make it all happen" (tire AND service) and she would get the Honda courtesy van to take me home. (She cared about my time). When I got there, Michele made me feel like a rock star, but more importantly, like a valued customer - so rare in today's society. She also called me during this time and kept me up to date on my car and the repair. Absolutely the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED...!!! Now, I know I will be bringing my car back there for servicing and when I buy my next Honda - it will be there, simply because of Michele.... And, I've already recommended Crown Honda to my friends because of my experience with her.... More

Michele Dessert efficiently guided me through the process and kept me informed until checkout. I gave only 4 stars because it was a simple oil/filter change and there was an extended wait. However, if that many people continue to go there for service, I'd call that a positive! I'll return for the next service also. Also, a shout out to Jonathan Plasky for helping me get my Android Auto up and running. Thanks Michele and Jonathan! More

amazing customer service Michele did an excellent job when I brought my car in for service. I had emailed a couple of questions beforehand my visit and she answered me almost Michele did an excellent job when I brought my car in for service. I had emailed a couple of questions beforehand my visit and she answered me almost immediately. When my car was having maintenance she would come and check in on me telling me how much longer it was going to be. Also she explained my service contract and she took care of of my credit card payment at the of the day. Good job Michelle thank you More
