I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

Came in for service and this was the best experience I received since I bought my Vehicle with the Crown automotive group. I purchased from Crown Hyundai and the experience was horrible; Came to Crown Hon received since I bought my Vehicle with the Crown automotive group. I purchased from Crown Hyundai and the experience was horrible; Came to Crown Honda and Michele Dessert took care of me, she was amazing. She provided a follow up reminder phone call of my appointment, she sent me a text to remind me, she explained what was going on with my vehicle and was just so polite. Crown Honda is the best of the Crown group so far from my experience. Way to go !!!! More

I am always greeted by name when arriving in the service port and they get my vehicle data and quickly put me in the que to see my advisor. My advisor is Michelle Dessert who makes sure thereafter that my v port and they get my vehicle data and quickly put me in the que to see my advisor. The only downside to this appointment is that the appointment was made using a new automated phone system which really didn't record the purpose of my appointment. More

I leased my 2022 HRV from Crown Honda at the recommendation of my friend. Moved to Florida from New Jersey. Had a 2019 HRV lease. So glad I leased from Crown. This was my first service for my 2022 HRV. my previous experience with Crown service was excellent and so was this one, I was greeted by a friendly agent even when i arrived early. Daimara Morrill provided courteous and professional help with my service appointment. The Service area is well maintained and a pleasant area to wait. Wait time was great. I will return to Crown for my next service! More

This was by far the best experience purchasing a new car in my life.
