Michelle Dessert has prepared service work for me since I purchased the car used about 3 years ago. She is the only service tech I will deal with because of her kindness, knowledge, attentiveness to my prob purchased the car used about 3 years ago. She is the only service tech I will deal with because of her kindness, knowledge, attentiveness to my problems and decisions and just being a friend.
