Relationships matter I purchased my 2002 Honda Accord from my hometown dealer, Al Serra, in Grand Blanc, Michigan. My wife and I moved to St. Petersburg in late 2011 and i I purchased my 2002 Honda Accord from my hometown dealer, Al Serra, in Grand Blanc, Michigan. My wife and I moved to St. Petersburg in late 2011 and it was important to find another place where I could feel confident about having my car serviced. I asked random people who were driving Hondas and their answers were unanimous: Crown Honda. I now know why. After more than two years of having my car serviced by Crown Honda, I feel as though I once again have that "home town" relationship. They are courteous, accommodating, thorough, and honest. If there is a problem discovered while my car is in for routine service, they tell me how serious it is and what my options are. This small courtesy allows us to budget for the needed repairs instead of being pressured into having to charge a large repair bill that we did not expect. I can honestly say that I feel like the folks at Crown Honda are friends and are more interested in building a long-term relationship with me than just making a quick buck. I take care of my vehicles and always get at least 250,000 miles out or them. I have a few thousand miles to go on this one to reach that goal on this car, but when it is time to get a another new Accord, you can bet that I will be getting it from Crown Honda in Pinellas Park, Florida. Highly recommend Crown Honda for service. Everytime i have shopped there Michelle has taken the time to explain everything and all my options. To many times you feel like you get pressured into doing som have shopped there Michelle has taken the time to explain everything and all my options. To many times you feel like you get pressured into doing something on your vehicle but not with her. She really spends the time with you to explain the costs and various options that you have and she goes out of her way to give you good service. I also believe in the long run it is actually cheaper to go to the dealer and get it done right the first time. I took my brakes and tires to other companies and they did not last 1/4 of what the honda genuine parts did. More

I have known Michele and have been bringing my car to her for 21 years now and she is a tremendous employee who focuses the customer, creating relationships, and delivering outstanding service. She is a tremendous brand ambassador for Crown Honda and the primary reason I always come back. I am certainly loyal to Honda vehicles, but more importantly, I am loyal to them and Crown because of Michele. She creates that kind of value and relationship with her customers. I have been a loyal Crown Honda customer since 1990 when I purchased my Civic. It was at that time I met Michele and over the next 20 years continued to bring my car back to Michele and the Crown team. After over 200,000 miles I finally retired the Civic and went with an Accord, but I have no doubt that I would not have had the driving confidence and driving pleasure if not for Michele and the team at Crown.
