I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

I have known Michele and have been bringing my car to her for 21 years now and she is a tremendous employee who focuses the customer, creating relationships, and delivering outstanding service. She is a tremendous brand ambassador for Crown Honda and the primary reason I always come back. I am certainly loyal to Honda vehicles, but more importantly, I am loyal to them and Crown because of Michele. She creates that kind of value and relationship with her customers. I have been a loyal Crown Honda customer since 1990 when I purchased my Civic. It was at that time I met Michele and over the next 20 years continued to bring my car back to Michele and the Crown team. After over 200,000 miles I finally retired the Civic and went with an Accord, but I have no doubt that I would not have had the driving confidence and driving pleasure if not for Michele and the team at Crown. Michele has been our Service Provider since we have been dealing with Crown Honda. A CRX was our first Honda and we haven't owned any other car since. My Orginal CRV, (by the way the FIRST one sold in the U dealing with Crown Honda. A CRX was our first Honda and we haven't owned any other car since. My Orginal CRV, (by the way the FIRST one sold in the US) had over 240,000 miles on it before I traded it in for a new one. One of the main reason that it ran so well for so long without any major work needed was the normal maitanence provided my Crown. Michele knows the cars and knows her techs. From simple oil changes to brake jobs she provides the best service I have ever encountered in my lifetime dealing with car dealerships. Most dealers get a bad rap from most people on service because of costs and such. I truly believe that this is not true at Crown HOnda and Michele is one of the main reasons that Crown Service Dept is the best for servicing my cars. Fit and CRV owner....... More

It’s a team, Michele Dessert (Service Consultant) and Mike Larson (Technician). The two of them have been ABSOLUTELY impeccable in taking care of my Honda CRX for the past Twenty (20) years. I bought t Mike Larson (Technician). The two of them have been ABSOLUTELY impeccable in taking care of my Honda CRX for the past Twenty (20) years. I bought the care new in December 1989 and have put over 400,000 trouble free miles on the car. How did this happen? Cracker Jack service and near laboratory scientific attention to detail. I am truly awed by their attention to my needs every time I show up, often unannounced. It is always refreshing to visit Crown Honda as Michele always has a warm, jovial aura about her. Her attention is unflinchingly focused on my issues and needs. She is truly a great asset for Crown Honda. I would simply describe Michele Dessert as Crown Honda’s Ambassadress for Service, while Mike Larson is well beyond a Technician but more like an Automotive Engineer. More

We brought our 2008 Accord in to have the brakes looked at on 1/18/2011. After finding out the rear brakes needed new pads we were very upset. My concern was that a car with 24,000 miles should not need ne at on 1/18/2011. After finding out the rear brakes needed new pads we were very upset. My concern was that a car with 24,000 miles should not need new rear brake pads and if it did that it was a defect and should be covered by the 3y 36000m warranty. Michele explained that there was a class action lawsuit settlement over this issue and I would receive reimbursement. I found the reimbursement was only up to $150 and wouldn't cover the whole bill. Michele was very understanding and after some research found a way to reduce the bill so that I only ended up coming out of pocket $5. How Honda has handled this brake issue reflects very poorly on the brand. Instead of fixing the problem they chose to deny any wrong doing and ended up settling with the courts to avoid the dreaded publicized recall. Luckily we have Honda service employees like Michele Dessert to stand behind her customers and gave us the absolute best experience possible given our situation. Thank you very much and we will only take our car to Crown and Michele from now on. More

I have been dealing with Crown Honda for 20 years, I have a 1998 Honda CRV 4 wheel drive, this is my 4th Honda and the best yet. Many thanks and kudos to MICHELE DESSERT my service rep for the better part of that 20 years. I feel she is extremely knowledgeable and so very customer service orientated. I feel like a friend with Michele and not just another customer. She knows I am an old gal and I keep telling her my CRV must last as long as I do! I would not deal with anyone else as I feel she understands my need to have a trouble free car. I follow all the recommended service and listen and totally trust Michele to guide me in the right direction. My service tech is Mike Larson and he also works with me on a personal level, he is an excellent mechanic that I feel really knows the CRV's as he also owns I believe more than one. I trust him completely as I do Michele and I cannot tell you how much that means to an old gal like me. I have always been a firm believer in dealing only with Honda, and getting their expertise and parts. I have never taken my car to anyplace but Crown Hondo, even for oil changes and other small things. I hope Crown Honda realizes what gems they have in MICHELE DESSERT AND MIKE LARSON. Michele has been my service advisor for 8+ years and I can say that during this entire time she has treated me as a VIP on each and every visit. Not only has she been timely, courteous and everything els can say that during this entire time she has treated me as a VIP on each and every visit. Not only has she been timely, courteous and everything else you would expect from a top notch service advisor, she has – on more than one occasion – gone to bat for me with Honda and Michelin to make sure my voice was heard when I thought I was being taken advantage of by a “policy” dictated by the corporation. Michele has even provide me with coupons on more than one occasion which I used for service discounts (oil changes, etc); in a nut-shell that’s the type of person Michele is, she’s always looking out for her client’s best interests and that's why she'll always be my service rep at Crown. More
