I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

Michele has been my service advisor for 8+ years and I can say that during this entire time she has treated me as a VIP on each and every visit. Not only has she been timely, courteous and everything els can say that during this entire time she has treated me as a VIP on each and every visit. Not only has she been timely, courteous and everything else you would expect from a top notch service advisor, she has – on more than one occasion – gone to bat for me with Honda and Michelin to make sure my voice was heard when I thought I was being taken advantage of by a “policy” dictated by the corporation. Michele has even provide me with coupons on more than one occasion which I used for service discounts (oil changes, etc); in a nut-shell that’s the type of person Michele is, she’s always looking out for her client’s best interests and that's why she'll always be my service rep at Crown. More

Michelle is the only representative I like to deal with when having my vehicles serviced. Michele is always wonderful to deal with. Even if I am rushing to get to work first thing in the morning she always put a smile on my face. This past visit I came in for an oil change, but after reviewing my file with Michele and going over what I could afford, I was able to get a lot more done within my budget. She also had my car washed, which I am always thankful for. I always ask for Woody to do my service if he is available. I know I can trust him to do an excellent job and he is honest with me on what I have to have done right away and what I can plan for in the future. That really helps when you are on a tight budget. My van has almost 140,000 miles on it and still runs great. I actually met Woody while doing volunteer work in the community. That is another reason I really like doing business with you guys because your employees are not only great workers, but they get involved in the community. This is my first Honda. I am as pleased with the service as I am the vehicle! Maybe it's because Michele Dessert is my Team Manager, I wouldn't be surprised. I called Michelle (on a mountain) and described our problem and she called us back and assured us the vehicle was fine. That was worth everything to us! I have owned 4 Hondas cars over the years, purchased from various dealerships. The absolute best service has been through Michele Desssert. Once again Michele has exceeded all of my expectations. Our car was towed to the dealership on Tuesday night. Michele got right on it Wednesday morning even though it was not a scheduled maintenance. She kept me posted every step of the way, let me know when she would leave and return from lunch and basically promised she'd do everything she could to get the car back to me in the same day to save us from having to get a rental. She pulled it off, with the help of the mechanic magicians back there in the shop. She got the driver to come out and pick me up and get me on my way. I was lucky enough to have two drivers - a trainer and a trainee. I wish I could remember the trainee's name but I can't (Alvin?). He is definitely a keeper. The ride was smooth as silk - the best I've ever had from the Crown dealership. Please give my appreciation to him. The trainer was excellent as well. He is a great conversationalist and put me at ease the second I entered the vehicle. Michele had everything ready to go the second I got to the dealership. As I walked out the door Michele asked me to please call her and let her know that everything was fixed to my expectations. As soon as the blast of ice cold air hit my face when I turned the car, I picked up my cell phone and called to happily report in. I should have her on my speed dial! Wild horses could not drag me away from the personable, professional service I get from Michele at Crown Honda. Thanks again! More
