I have changed my whole outlook, formerly vowing never to go to any "dealership," but from now on I will not go anywhere else except to a dealership.... or at least this dealership! I'm not sure if they're all the same but Crown Honda knows what they are doing and certainly knows how to treat their customers. I've dealt now with Michele and Brooks.... both are the best! The shuttle driver, Keith was great. I am a new 'used' Honda owner, and a snowbird. I hope the dealership up north is as good as here. More

After my Honda needed the battery charged I was advised to drive it to my dealer. Michele Dessert was the advisor who immediately understood the problem and made arrangements for the necessary work.
