I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

Michelle Dessert did a great job handling my visit. She was friendly and personable. My only feedback would be improved customer eye contact. We are snowbirds and always take our Honda to Crown for an oil change while here. Always delighted to have Michelle Dessert as our service rep. I have changed my whole outlook, formerly vowing never to go to any "dealership," but from now on I will not go anywhere else except to a dealership.... or at least this dealership! I'm not sure if the to go to any "dealership," but from now on I will not go anywhere else except to a dealership.... or at least this dealership! I'm not sure if they're all the same but Crown Honda knows what they are doing and certainly knows how to treat their customers. I've dealt now with Michele and Brooks.... both are the best! The shuttle driver, Keith was great. I am a new 'used' Honda owner, and a snowbird. I hope the dealership up north is as good as here. More
