I purchased a 2022 Tiguan R Line after test driving it. Drove back to Orlando and noticed a strange and very obvious whirring sound in the front suspension. It’s covered under warranty and the staff have been exceptional, however, I’m not sure why the issue wasn’t noticed and resolved before putting it up for sale. Very Disappointed With the Service Department I brought my car to VW Lakeland and clearly explained several issues, including the ongoing start/stop problem. Instead of checking everything I mentioned, they focused only on the most expensive repair and ignored the other concerns. My car still has the same start/stop issue, and nothing was done about it. I gave VW Lakeland another chance, but it feels like nothing has changed. The service department still seems more interested in upselling than actually fixing the problems I bring in. Unfortunately, I’m left with the same impression as before a dishonest and unhelpful dealership. I won’t be returning. More
