This is the second car I have bought from this dealership. Service is always nice and wants to be helpful. My last car was a ‘22 Taos brand new that had many issue and it took a couple trips to th dealership. Service is always nice and wants to be helpful. My last car was a ‘22 Taos brand new that had many issue and it took a couple trips to the dealership to get it fixed even though I told them exactly what was wrong. Now I have a ‘24 Tiguan that I bought in Feb. not even five days after my first payment, I had to bring it into the shop because there was an issue with carnet. The issue was there when I bought the car but they pushed it off to be a problem with the app. Now it sat in the shop for a week, wasn’t fixed, and almost another week is going by with no answers because VW Techline won’t give them an answer. I am tired of buying new cars with problems. I don’t think I’d buy another VW after this one. More

Never in my life have I encountered a name brand dealership with as much incompetence as this place. First & last time I’ll bring my VW here. I’ll gladly drive further for better service. Called bef dealership with as much incompetence as this place. First & last time I’ll bring my VW here. I’ll gladly drive further for better service. Called before I drove an hour to them & let them know I had a warranty letter to fix my overhead console. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me I wasn’t covered under warranty then realize she was looking at the wrong bulletin? Then they had to order my part once it was confirmed it was under warranty. That should’ve been done BEFORE I made the hour drive over & waited 2 hours with my infant!! Oh it gets better… I come back for them to install the measly tray & it took 3 hours & when I kept checking, they couldn’t figure out why they still had my vehicle as it should’ve been finished by now. Your employees dress like they just got out of bed & a couple of the women working there had no idea what they were doing. Unreal. More
