Tanner was an extremely helpful representative and truly went above and beyond during my buying experience. He made the process smooth and positive. That said, my experience with the warranty presentatio went above and beyond during my buying experience. He made the process smooth and positive. That said, my experience with the warranty presentation was less favorable. I felt the finance portion was somewhat exaggerated and came across as more sales-driven than informative, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, while the car was detailed prior to delivery, there were still a few small areas that were not fully cleaned and were things I easily addressed myself once I got home. More
