My service visit wasn't up to expectations this last time. First of all, I was given a wait time of an hour and fifteen minutes after declining services that I was told would take longer, and I said th time. At two hours and fifteen minutes, I asked about my vehicle, and they were able to give it to me within a few minutes. I HATE being pressured to trade in or sell my car to you when I'm getting service. You have done that a few times. Lastly, whoever drove my car moved the seat, mirrors, steering wheel height, and left my brights on. All the adjustments seem excessive to drive the short distance into the service bay. More
