I dropped my car off Friday afternoon around 4 PM. It took about 10-15 minutes for someone to come check me in (I had an appointment). From there I was assigned Mick as the Service Rep. I felt that It took about 10-15 minutes for someone to come check me in (I had an appointment). From there I was assigned Mick as the Service Rep. I felt that the service team was very professional. Mick (Service Rep) was very communicative and provided a detailed status update each step of the way! I was a bit frustrated when I went to pick-up my car the following week and the AC was clearly not fixed. However, it turned out that the AC issue malfunctioned again after they gave the green light to release it back to me. I appreciated that Mick was able to offer me a rental car for the weekend (no-charge)! When I went to pick up my car again (the second time), the AC was fixed at no additional charge and they gave my car a wash! More
