My Highlander broke down at 5:30 Friday evening and Mick stayed after 6 to check me in. Saturday they diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. They promised me it would be ready at noon on Mo stayed after 6 to check me in. Saturday they diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. They promised me it would be ready at noon on Monday and they were finished by 11 am. The car performed well on my drive back home to Houston. Mick kept me informed completely during the whole process. More

I’m relatively new to this dealership as I have had Hondas for many years. The waiting area is very nice. I like the fact that they text you updates on your car’s status and give you a very accurate ap Hondas for many years. The waiting area is very nice. My one wish is that I really would like a car wash at the end of service as I always received at the Honda dealership. That is my only disappointment with this Toyota service! More
