I was contact regarding a recall. I scheduled an 8 am appointment. I was greeted swiftly with a pleasant greeting. Is. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I Thought it was to take at least 1 hour, it was less then an hour which freed up the rest of my day to run smooth and on time. More

I have never had an issue with this dealership. They are attentive to my needs as a customer/client. Everyone I have dealt with has been courteous and respectful and extra diligent in assisting me They are attentive to my needs as a customer/client. I've been coming to this dealership for over 17 years, bought my last 2 cars from them and do all my service appointments with them. Joseph, Mickey, and Tiffany have all taken care of me at some point and they are amazing. My last few visits were all with Joe and he's amazing. More

My 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback was purchased from DCH Kay Honda at the beginning of January 2022. I chose DCH because they were the only dealership that had the car and color I wanted in stock. I interacted with Mr. Hughes a couple of times within one day, and both times he was more than accommodating to my needs. The first time, he set me up to fit the car out with all the accessories that I had ordered. It took a few hours, but everything came out perfectly! Mr. Hughes treated me in a very courteous manner, and answered all the questions I had concerning this new vehicle purchase. On a side note, the weather on this particular day ranged from being in the 30s in the morning on my way to the dealership, to being in the 50s on the way home. Any one who has a car with the TPMS knows what happened then. A lot of times, when there's a wide difference in temperatures in a day, this will sometimes trip the TPMS off. So...I was on my way home...about fifteen miles from DCH...when the sensor light appeared. As I just purchased the car, I wanted to check to see if there was something else wrong. I turned right around and headed back to DCH. Mickey was right there waiting for me, took the car RIGHT IN, and had the tires thoroughly checked over. Thankfully, everything was okay. I only wished I lived closer to DCH (I travelled from PA to NJ to purchase this car) so I could be taken care of by their wonderful service department. Excellent! In addition, a shout out has to go to DARLENE KRAMER. She was the service representative I dealt with in scheduling the application of the cars accessories. We exchanged so many emails, I think we're friends now! She was a total joy to speak to, and it was great to finally meet her in person. Get her her own DealerRater page...she deserves it! More
