Not very good. Kept getting different stories. Was told the jeep was $11,000 but paperwork said $11 999. They did change back. Told Florida Advantage program was op Kept getting different stories. Again, paperwork and manager said I had to take it, no choice. I told them this was starting to sound like a bait and switch deal. Didn't even get the cleaning kit that comes with the program, had to call today to arrange that. Set up bi-monthly payments, financed through Sun Coast. Talked about making extra payments, having to call to be sure it went to principal, etc. Got an email from today from auto pay, had no idea who they were. Called the dealer, they explained that we send payments to auto pay since it was bi-monthly but call Sun Coast to apply extra payments to principal. No one mentioned that yesterday. Overall just felt like they were trying to slip things past us. I bought a jeep 9 years ago here and had a good experience but now I'll think twice before I do it again. More
