Car was fixed but we were not notified it was done. After waiting several days beyond when we thought it would be done contacted dealer and learned it was repaired but we were not notified. We were informed that the damage was result of rodent damage. Since our car is stored in a garage where we have never seen any evidence of rodents this was surprising and we asked to have pictures of the damage which we did not get when we picked up the car (mechanic who worked on the car was not there when we picked it up). Seems convenient for the dealer that the damage was from something the extended warranty did not cover. More
