I was very happy with my last service, but I’m still upset that I haven’t received my tunnel cover refund in about six months. I know the owner and I really like the owner, and if he was aware of this, upset that I haven’t received my tunnel cover refund in about six months. polite yes, great service, but the prices i believe are way too expensive, not sure who can change this. I blame the rules of government to manufacturers who are money hungry therefore, they make parts tha way too expensive, not sure who can change this. I blame the rules of government to manufacturers who are money hungry therefore, they make parts that are weak and not easy to change and intentionally not do it yourself friendly. like secrete codes to reset or turn off dash lights even after you repaired the problem. overlooking small problems in routine maintenance checks like acid around battery post. makes you wonder what else is missed. and if something is broken or made worse by the service shop, no acknowledgement or apology to make it right. More
