EG Toyota sevice has improved over the years. Elk grove Toyota has improved over the years. I first began taking a truck there for service in 2013. The service manager seem not to really care abo Elk grove Toyota has improved over the years. I first began taking a truck there for service in 2013. The service manager seem not to really care about the quality of work. they were just worried about getting the cars in and out. I had some issues back then with messy services, soiled interior, oil spillage on the engine and onto my driveway. when addressed with the service manager he just had a don’t care attitude. The last few visits have been much improved the service writers and the staff are more professional courteous and appeared to have more concern for customer sayisfaction. However the shuttle driver was a little wacky and his jerky driving and taking the long route touring ElkGrove was quite entertaining. More

Great Customer Service! I’ve been to Elk Grove Toyota twice in 6 months, once for regular service and this last time because my Hybrid Indicator light came on after my husban I’ve been to Elk Grove Toyota twice in 6 months, once for regular service and this last time because my Hybrid Indicator light came on after my husband jumped his truck with my Prius. Now no one new it was a big “no-no” so no blame to my husband, but the service department said not to drive it for fear of damaging it. We towed it in and the service department kept it over night to squeeze it in between other vehicles. They found my car was fine and didn’t even charge me for the service! A waste of time! I was told that my vehicle had a warranty recall and that I should take it into Florin center to have it repaired. I made and appointment, went to Florin and was told I had to take it to Elk Grove. I took it to Elk Grove and after 5 hours, I received a call that said that the repair was covered under warranty! Yay! I received another call a few minutes later to say that it was not covered! UGH! What a waste of my time. Although it was not the employees fault, it was having to take time off work for an issue that was not resolved! More
