Took my car in for service. Attention to detail started with my phone call to set up the appt, as I needed passenger side mirror replaced as well as routine maintenance. Mikaila handled it all & told me to ask for her on arrival. Check in, wait time estimate, comfortable waiting area, and very helpful staff made the appointment painless. I was even offered a payment plan which I didn’t need but was happy to know it was available. Thanks Wilde, I drive a long way across town because I know I can depend on you. More

Poor and slow service. Courtesy shuttle was over an hour late and even then my car was not finished when I did arrived. When I tried to ask if my car was done I was met wit Courtesy shuttle was over an hour late and even then my car was not finished when I did arrived. When I tried to ask if my car was done I was met with rudeness and confusion. I was told the manager was going to come out and talk to me and was expecting an apology for the service and did not receive one apology. Was told that they lost my paperwork and at the moment didn’t know where my car was. Staff was completely inept and disorganized. Part of my service that day was complimentary from previous poor service which I was told would be credited to my account and they almost charged me for it because they had changed systems. Completely unacceptable! I would change service locations but unfortunately I have a service package with them. This is the third service trip in a row that was untimely, slow, and with complete lack of professionalism. Honestly I don’t know how this place gets 4 star reviews! More
