The dealerships service department seems to be run very well. Service advisors/consultants are very helpful. The only concern I had pertaining to this visit was with getting back to the dealership to pick well. Service advisors/consultants are very helpful. This dealer lacks attention to customer. They push the sale and when it’s time to help you, they shy away from helping. My first jeep did not work, (factory issue) and when it came time for They push the sale and when it’s time to help you, they shy away from helping. My first jeep did not work, (factory issue) and when it came time for them to help they did not help. I paid two months worth of payments for a jeep I got to drove about four days. They promised to give me my money back and have yet to hear from them. Plus that doesn’t even include all the stress they caused during my pregnancy leading to having to be induced early. Would not recommend this dealer to my family. More
