The service was so so. At the end of my maintenance service I was not given an itemized invoice. The job took about 3 hours. The guy that took down my order was Payman Arja At the end of my maintenance service I was not given an itemized invoice. The job took about 3 hours. I went back and he looked in his drawer and pulled ot some general information and gave that to me. I was dissatisfied. I called him back the next day and complained about the info he gave me. 2014 Jeep Wrangler had a recall on airbags. So I bought it to the Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge and it was service. (Albert Masonic 22898 ) call me up the next day. saying my oil filter housing was l So I bought it to the Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge and it was service. (Albert Masonic 22898 ) call me up the next day. saying my oil filter housing was leaking so he gave me an estimate around $1400. told me it was warranty and my deductible is $100. Next, he told me I needed a brake fluid flush ( dirty brake fluid ) and radiator flush for $750. The Jeep Wrangler only has 35,000 miles. I asked him why so expensive and he told me we don’t do a Mickey Mouse job here…… overall, they did an excellent job. More
