It was so nice to be able to make a service appointment for the following week. Hunter Dodge near our house it is a 6-8 week wait. We bought our newest Ram at Russell Westbrook a couple months ago. Even though it’s a 45 min drive to get to Westbrook it’s well worth the drive. More

The service department is horrible! I took my Durango in Monday (sceduled appt) for a motor mount leak I haven't even had the car a year yet. I was told they'd have to keep the car over I took my Durango in Monday (sceduled appt) for a motor mount leak I haven't even had the car a year yet. I was told they'd have to keep the car over night for diagnostic reasons. This was a huge inconvenience because I have 2 young kids and work! The warranty I'm paying for has rental car included however I was denied a rental car because it was a "dealer delay". Despite being disappointed I left the car and was told I'd hear from them 1st thing in the morning. Morning comes haven't heard anything so I call and was told my car will be available in the afternoon for pick up that they would call. Didn't hear anything in the afternoon so I called back a second time, this time I'm told they have to keep it another night and they would call me right back. I wait 2 hours with no call back, so I call back a 3rd time. I'm told my car will be ready my 5pm they will call. Once again 5pm hits and NO CALL!! So again, I call back, after being told it was too late to pick up my car because of their neglect to call me back I fought to pick it up that evening with the receptionist at the front desk. When I arrived the check engine light was on!!! I again, had to leave my car, turns out they didn't plug in an engine cord all the way. It was a horrible experience from start to finish minus the nice receptionist in the front that went above and beyond to try to help me. More
