My Jeep wrangler had to much oil put into the car so I took it here. They told me that my Catalytic Converter, manifold and exhaust pipe needed to be replaced and that it was going to cost loads of money. took it here. I didn't think it could be that bad and so They sent me the estimate and it's said 16,000 dollars. I almost started crying thinking what have I done (I couldn't even will my self outside). I had a weird feeling that it couldn't possibly cost that much and I took it to Burbank Motor works. They call me less then a day later with an estimate of 3,800 dollars ... and that was INCLUDING 4 brand new tires. Bottom line these people are xxxx of the earth and shouldn't even be in business. Idk what's more likely me coming back here or Russell Westbrook winning a championship in LA xxxx U TO THIS DEALERSHIP ... oh and they kept asking if I just wanted to sell my car to them haha ya so u could undersell me and then oversell to the next customer SMD More

Just the worse. The wait is ridiculously long. Doesn’t matter if you’re if you’re first in line. I was there at 7:15 and the wait was 3-4 hours long FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! I was told to come back on a Saturd matter if you’re if you’re first in line. I was there at 7:15 and the wait was 3-4 hours long FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! I was told to come back on a Saturday cause supposedly they have more workers. I went the next day which was Saturday and the wait was 1.5 hour. Theeeeeennnn, they charged me 167 for an oil change, when just 3 days prior the lady on the phone told me it was included in my warranty. So many men in that place and no one is doing nothing. It’s annoying! Unfortunately, I got my car there so I will need to go back, but seriously, I can get an oil in 15 mins elsewhere for the same price or less. Only reason I went here was because the dumb lady said it was included. More
