Johnna, I am sorry that you felt the Diagnostics were too expensive. Dealerships often have more elaborate and expensive equipment than other places, Our technology will give you more information about your vehicle newer vehicles are built with. Simple problems can be more easily diagnosed. Some auto parts stores will give you a code that you then have to take to a dealership or qualified Repair facility. It can be cumbersome and frustrating when you have vehicle problems, I am sorry that you're dealing with it.
