Had 3 recalls and oil change. When I made the appointment they stated that they would need the car all day. Said auto would be ready by 4. Arrived at dealership at 410. They took it in and only took 1.5 hours. Knowing that I would have waited for it in the morning. So I was it without a car for an entire day when I could have waited and been done in 1.5 hrs. Dropped car Tuesday, no updates, no communication, I had to pursue and come to dealership for news on vehicle, left message with dealership of Friday and was supposed to get call back, no return call, So I to pursue and come to dealership for news on vehicle, left message with dealership of Friday and was supposed to get call back, no return call, So I called back Monday at noon, left message with AI.. Human from another state returned call and claimed they could not find my car and had no record of it being there, I drove to dealership to find my car, took service number in front window into service so they could find my service agreement .. I was then advised parts were coming in a couple more days, NOT pleased to find my car unlocked in parking lot.. I took the service number back out to my car and placed on dash and locked car.. was called Friday that car was done 10 days after dropping off.. Was never offered a loner despite it being under warranty, slack ..unorganized... and right hand not knowing what left hand is doing.. NOT naming names.. Ill choose a name but that is not a person I worked with, just so your form can be submitted, perhaps also you should change this form so honest forthcoming about your company can be made without naming names, its not my job to call out the employees More

I was glad that they had the car that I wanted, but I was incredibly disappointed by the service. I came in pre-qualified with a low interest rate, and I let the salesman know that. After test driving the specific vehicle, we began the paperwork process. I gave the salesman my address, which is different than the old address in my drivers license, but he still put my old address in my paperwork. Then, when working with the financing guy, they processed my financing under their own system and gave me an interest rate that was over 2% higher than what I was pre-qualified for. It was only after going through the entire financing process - twice because they had to correct my address - that I had to go through it a third time once I realized they were not using my pre-qualified rate. I would never recommend them. More

Inefficient, terrible communication and not honoring the certified pre-owned inspection of the vehicle.
