This is an absolute joke of a dealership. They scheduled me 5 weeks out for a service that would’ve been covered under the maintenance contract, but I went just over the mileage waiting for t They scheduled me 5 weeks out for a service that would’ve been covered under the maintenance contract, but I went just over the mileage waiting for this appointment for them to tell me I’m out of luck and that if I had called I probably would’ve only been 6 or 7 days for an appointment. Absolute joke and completely unprofessional response. Then the service writer gave me a price of $1200-1300. I told them not to do one of the services that I was told was $419. You would think the total would be $800-900. It was over $1200 and was given no real answer. Mike just tried to say that was the price without doing the service I told. They also did not do the windshield wipers that they said they would. Management didn’t care about the run around and lying. I would never use them again. They also didn’t properly do the coolant flush. I had to have the coolant system bled due to an air pocket in it. They were the only ones to touch the coolant system the entire time I’ve owned the car. They will screw you over, lie and leave your car not functioning properly. Management will not care so don’t even bother. More

When it came time for the appt, the shop wouldn’t do the seat belt because it wasn’t on the ticket…..although we showed the service writer that 1 repair and an oil change does show on our email. It didn’t get done and we had to make another appt to get done what I brought it in for. Secondly, the mechanic did not reset the oil change odometer so my car tells me I need an oil change that I just had done. Not happy with Hyundai service at Brunswick right now. More

I stated that it was ok for them to keep the vehicle an extra day if the repair took longer but they would need to notify me if that was the case. Finally reached them at 1000 the next day and they stated that the vehicle was in the bay overnight to try to reproduce the battery problem and were unable to. When it was picked up, there were obvious signs that it was not in the bay overnight and that it was put at the back of the line. I said they could keep it for repair or troubleshooting — not to forget about it and ignore me. More

Had 3 recalls and oil change. When I made the appointment they stated that they would need the car all day. Said auto would be ready by 4. Arrived at dealership at 410. Human from another state returned call and claimed they could not find my car and had no record of it being there, I drove to dealership to find my car, took service number in front window into service so they could find my service agreement .. I was then advised parts were coming in a couple more days, NOT pleased to find my car unlocked in parking lot.. I took the service number back out to my car and placed on dash and locked car.. was called Friday that car was done 10 days after dropping off.. Was never offered a loner despite it being under warranty, slack ..unorganized... and right hand not knowing what left hand is doing.. NOT naming names.. Ill choose a name but that is not a person I worked with, just so your form can be submitted, perhaps also you should change this form so honest forthcoming about your company can be made without naming names, its not my job to call out the employees More
