The sold me a lemon car and they new the car engine was not good. And told they couldn’t help me at all. They were rude and I would never recommend or buy a car from them again!! not good. I had the opportunity of working with sales representative Rosie Sosa. Rosie was very responsive with her communication and information provided. I was looking to purchase a pre-owned GLC300 f representative Rosie Sosa. Rosie was very responsive with her communication and information provided. I was looking to purchase a pre-owned GLC300 for my wife with specific "must have" trim package of AMG Line (Sport, Int & Ext) and Panorama Roof. Additional "wish list" preferences included Polar White color, Premium package, 20" Multispoke Wheels and hard-to-find Night package. On my initial visit and test drive I was greeted by the extremely pleasant Rosie. While I wasn't ready to act on the 1st GLC driven that did have the "must have" list covered, Rosie now had the full picture and knew I was serious. The following week, Rosie followed up the let me know that the one I had driven did sell but more importantly, a lease return just came in and was being prepared to be added to the weekend inventory. She snapped a few photos on her phone during prep to text me along with the equipment list that included ALL of the "wish list". I drove back down to OC from Hermosa Beach on Saturday morning, the day before Mother's Day... perfect timing! Rosie even came in on her day off to meet me. Happy Wife, Happy Life! My first thought was, "it's meant to be". However, it actually happened due to Rosie's patience, persistence and professionalism. THANK YOU ROSIE! More

I have been a long time customer of MBLN. They are absolutely the best in both sales and service. Great inventory, excellent show room, and very friendly/caring staff. I was in and out quickly with my purchase…on a Sunday night. Worst dealership experience. They took a deposit by credit card to hold till next day and then sold it. Salesman obviously didn't place the hold. Told us they couldn't ship the car to NC, then said they could only by enclosed truck. Told them no, not paying 3,500 so ship open. Said no, then said yes. Then sold the car to someone else. Sales person clearly scrambling and had no clue about policies. GM told me to find somewhere else to buy a car like it was my fault. Rude and incompetent. Bruce More

These guys are the worst. The reason they even have a service advisor is So there is someone to xx you over why they cannot figure out what is wrong. Take my guy Terek and I will be happy to share his information publicly. This guy has zero knowledge when it comes to cars. 3 visits and almost 10k later they figured it out. They have no idea how to troubleshoot anything and can only address what the diagnostic computer tells them to fix regardless of it making sense or not.. if you use them you will regret that decision. More

On February 5th, 2022, upon the salesman's suggestion I place a deposit on a vehicle that was in transit to Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel dealership, and I has agreed to pay $10,000 over the MSRP. Mercede place a deposit on a vehicle that was in transit to Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel dealership, and I has agreed to pay $10,000 over the MSRP. Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel dealership provided me with a receipt for the $1,000 deposit and the vehicle's VIN number and informed me that this vehicle would arrive at the dealership within the next few weeks. A few weeks later when I inquired as if the vehicle had arrived yet, the salesman informed me that my vehicle was traded away to a dealership in San Diego. I can only assume that the dealership was able to up charge more than $10,000 over MSRP to another customer. Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel dealership offered that I special order another similar vehicle for $15,000 over MSRP and that vehicle would arrive sometime in September or October 2022. It's unfortunate that Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel choose to take advantage of the COVID pandemic to display their greed and act in this despicable manner. I'm awaiting the return of my $1000 deposit. More
