Mr. Hansen – We are truly sorry to hear your comments regarding our service team. Our goal is always to provide client satisfaction for necessary repairs. In your case, you have a modified vehicle with an internal wiring harness leak that resulted in simultaneous failure codes from the contamination. As such, we use those codes to direct our repairs on items where failure can be verified, which Tarek and the diagnostic technician tried to explain during your first visit. As a gesture of goodwill, we credited one of those repairs, but did not overstep and charge for any failures we could not confirm at the time. Customer Response xx, that was not the problem. Your mechanics are inept and lack the ability to properly troubleshoot a problem and Terek is just there to xx the customer about what the problem is. You guys are a nightmare as was my experience. I will steer everyone I can away from using your dealership aNd just about everywhere I go people stop me to talk about my car so I have a lot of opportunity to comment on my experience with Mercedes Benz Laguna Niguel. You cannot say that you do a good job by just saying the words, you actually have to perform and you guys do not perform How many housewives do you overcharge for sub-par or unnecessary work everyday. You can lie to me and you can lie to the public but you know what I say is true! I am deeply ensconced in the horse business on the west coast and almost every car at any event is a MBZ. I have a completely open forum to share my experience with literally 1000’s of MBZ owners and will certainly do so. Anthony Hansen

It appears that your response chose to ignore a few facts. AND the fact that Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel wanted to charge the $600 price increase that occurred since "accidentally trading" the vehicle I had placed the deposit with? AND the fact that Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel wanted to up the premium on the vehicle from $10,000 to $15,000? AND the fact that Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel wanted me to deliver the car to me Eight months after I was to receive the vehicle I had placed the deposit with?
