From the minute we arrived, we never felt pressured. We let Brett know what we were looking for and he jumped right on it. However, this was a spontaneous shopping event for my wife and I. We were looking to replace a car that she was unhappy with, but did not intend to buy...just to "look". Despite it being towards the end of the day, Brett didn't care and he kept helping us. We could not make up our minds, so we decided to return the next day. Brett was so patient and finally helped us find the car which made my wife so happy. We honestly could not be happier with our purchase, but this would not have happened without Brett. Thank you so much MBZ of Laguna Niguel. Brett is a perfect example of what salespersons should aim to be. I can not forget to mention other kind folks we met at MBZ of Laguna Niguel: Michael Ball, Candace Eckart sales managers were instrumental in making this happen and Nelli Voronin in finance was so kind. I had a fantastic experience with Aaron Fickle and Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel. I had narrowed down my options to three different choices. And I started off at Mercedes. I immediately let Aaron know that I wasn’t in the market to buy a car today. Because I really wanted to look at all of my options. Of course he found something incredible… But when I told him, I just wanted to see what else was available, He never made me feel bad or like I’d wasted his time. He checked in with me several times over the next couple of weeks and I kept him up-to-date on what I was looking for.. One and I hit up four dealerships, Including the “number one Mercedes-Benz dealership in the world” While I ultimately decided that the Mercedes-Benz was the way I wanted to go. I knew that I wanted to go back to Aaron, I felt like a person and not a number. I had been upfront with Aaron About my budget limitations and down payment and monthly payment. We talked about what I was looking for in the car, and he showed me so many options that were available, and as we test drove each vehicle he was upfront about this will fit in your payment, this will be below your payment, we can do everything we can to make this work within your payment… Ultimately decided on an electric vehicle! Not once did he make any reference to the fact that I would no longer be using gas, and therefore, my monthly payment goal could actually be a little higher because I could factor this into the equation… It wasn’t until after I made my decision that he reminded me of this fun fact! So now I feel like I stole the car!! And that really is the best feeling leaving a dealership, isn’t it? I would like to note that every person I came into contact with at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna. Niguel was so kind and helpful. And the receptionist on that very first day, when I walked in blindly, who listened to what I was “maybe” looking for And set me up with Aaron, To the finance manager, make that a breeze, to the staff, who made sure my car was ready for me to drive off!! Everyone was so excited for me. They like where they work! Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel is absolutely a family. And I’m so glad to be a part of it!! More
