Worst dealership experience. They took a deposit by credit card to hold till next day and then sold it. Salesman obviously didn't place the hold. Told us they couldn't ship the car to NC, then said they could only by enclosed truck. Told them no, not paying 3,500 so ship open. Said no, then said yes. Then sold the car to someone else. Sales person clearly scrambling and had no clue about policies. GM told me to find somewhere else to buy a car like it was my fault. Rude and incompetent. Bruce More

These guys are the worst. The reason they even have a service advisor is So there is someone to BS you over why they cannot figure out what is wrong. Take my guy Terek and I will be happy to share his information publicly. This guy has zero knowledge when it comes to cars. 3 visits and almost 10k later they figured it out. They have no idea how to troubleshoot anything and can only address what the diagnostic computer tells them to fix regardless of it making sense or not.. if you use them you will regret that decision. More

On February 5th, 2022, upon the salesman's suggestion I place a deposit on a vehicle that was in transit to Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel dealership, and I has agreed to pay $10,000 over the MSRP. Mercede place a deposit on a vehicle that was in transit to Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel dealership, and I has agreed to pay $10,000 over the MSRP. Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel dealership provided me with a receipt for the $1,000 deposit and the vehicle's VIN number and informed me that this vehicle would arrive at the dealership within the next few weeks. A few weeks later when I inquired as if the vehicle had arrived yet, the salesman informed me that my vehicle was traded away to a dealership in San Diego. I can only assume that the dealership was able to up charge more than $10,000 over MSRP to another customer. Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel dealership offered that I special order another similar vehicle for $15,000 over MSRP and that vehicle would arrive sometime in September or October 2022. It's unfortunate that Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel choose to take advantage of the COVID pandemic to display their greed and act in this despicable manner. I'm awaiting the return of my $1000 deposit. More

They had to change my electrical panel They worked on it for 3 days When I got the car back. They did not do a check to see if everything was correct. Clock was wrong time. Radio was not programm it for 3 days When I got the car back. They did not do a check to see if everything was correct. Clock was wrong time. Radio was not programmed and they gave me the wrong wire for my car play. I had to bring the car back You would think when I first picked it up someone would have checked it out with me. Very frustrating More

Courteous, knowledgeable, communicative, and a strong attention to detail made the process a breeze. Dave was also great about keeping me in the loop every step of the way as they procured my preferred vehicle from another dealer. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about the buying experience. And Josh, the finance manager, went above and beyond to make sure I received the best financing they could source.
