I was expecting a stellar customer experience at M Warning to the Mercedes Customers: Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel is HORRIBLE DO NOT SHOP HERE. I was expecting a stellar customer experience at Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel and I was stunned to be treated horribly by the sales and management staff. After negotiating a deal on a new car I was told that I had to provide the dealership my Social Security Number. I found odd since I informed the sales and management staff that I was going to use my Credit Union to finance the car. They told me that they wanted to make sure I was who I said I was even after they told me that they Googled my name and they verified my address that I had provided to them. I told them that their business practices were outrageous and specious. They further told me they needed to make sure only the “right” people bought Mercedes Benz vehicles. This is bias at the most base and offensive level. I will never purchase a Mercedes product again. I am truly horrified this is how Mercedes choses to interact with clients. Regatds, Sam More

He and Mike gave us an excellent price that was better than what we were seeing on the Internet for that make and model. Ramsey, the finance manager, worked at lighten speed to help us process the sale. Would give all three a 10 out of 10 for their efforts. This is the fourth Mercedes we have bought at Mercedes Laguna Niguel so I highly recommend them and look forward to buying my fifth from them. More
