Historically I've never been comfortable talking to or dealing with car salesmen because generally speaking I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. My experience at your dealership was the exact opposite....it was confidence inspiring and changed my mind. I want to recognize Johnny and Mike for doing such good honest work, exceeding my expectations, and making their sales department ultimately available. More often than not I feel most sales personnel on a car lot, despite being in the service industry, are not actually interested in providing a service to their clients rather they are more interested in making money and taking advantage of the client. John and Mike were the exact opposite; they provided me an outstanding buying experience with honesty and ethics and integrity. The depth of knowledge of the product, the differences within the product line itself and high level of competence helped guide me to making the best decision on the best vehicle for me and my needs. I NEVER felt any pressure to buy anything. The entire sales process was upfront, honest, straight forward. They had an "open book approach"They gave me one price and having done my research in days prior, I knew the price was absolutely fair and we made a deal. They treated me horrible. mike Barnett should not be allowed to represent the dealership. I had made an appointment with the salesman who sold me the truck to bring my new truck in to get the scratches off my door handle which new truck should have not had any scratches at all but mike accus me of just showing up without appointment. He also was mad since he told me he lost money selling me the truck. I had to get into shutting match with him until he got my scratches' taken care of. I have never been treated this bad at any dealership. His other floor manager was following me around the showroom while he was trying to get into fight with me, he also called me some name as well. More
