My experience here sucks. I was sold a lemon. I literally have nothing but problems with my car. My car is acting up. They replace the tail lights and tried to charge me $500 I was sold a lemon. I literally have nothing but problems with my car. My car is acting up. They replace the tail lights and tried to charge me $500 after I had been texting my sales man for a week about the engine light being on one week after purchasing the vehicle. The dealership covered that $500 after I showed proof of being ignored by the salesman. So supposedly it was a tail light issue. A couple months later my car starts jerking and acting like it’s going to break down. I take it in and they said it was a transmission issue. Warranty replaced transmission. 2 weeks later my car starts acting up a jerking extremely bad. I take the car back in and they can’t find the problem. Supposedly they can’t repeat the problem I’m talking about. The minute I drove my car off the lot it was jerking so bad. I texted the service manager asking what I would do if my car broke down. No reply from him. 3 days later I get an email for planet Nissan towing. Are you kidding me??? So I take my vehicle back to the dealership. This time I sit there all day. About 8 hours almost. They come out and tell me it’s a tail light issue….how when they just tried to charge me $500 months prior for the first tail lights. Apparently they used after market parts that were not good. I have no clue. I didn’t get a proper explanation. I’m just a woman so I have been disregarded and jerked around like my vehicle. So inconsiderate to sell someone a lemon and then try to charge them for all the problems that the vehicle had prior. I feel like I have been scammed into the worst vehicle ever. That salesman Mike Bata will get his Karma for even allowing a vehicle like this to be sold. I also want to know….was the transmission replaced by warranty for no reason? Since it was never a transmission problem? Were you guys just guessing? Does the mechanic not know what he’s doing??? I don’t know what’s going on because these men in that shop act like they don’t need to describe to me what’s going on with my car. I understand that the men in that service shop don’t care More

They did a great job as always. We have been purchasing cars from them over the last 10 years. They were able to get us a great deal on the car my wife really wanted.
