Great buying experience and friendly dealership. I began searching for a Pre-Owned vehicle last week and visited the dealership after making contact through the internet. Mike Batchelder was very pr I began searching for a Pre-Owned vehicle last week and visited the dealership after making contact through the internet. Mike Batchelder was very prompt to return my initial contact within minutes of sending the email through the website. We drove up the following day from about an hour a way but the Edge originally interested in did not meet our standards so a deal was not made. Later that day I had an email from Mike thanking me for the opportunity as well as another from Tracy Affrunti the manager. Very impressed by this process and not duplicated by any of the other four Ford dealerships that I had been working with. Over the next week I canvased the area within a 50 mile radius trying to work with other dealers that had similar inventory but the experience was far below compared to Walker. I looked at the Walker inventory again on Thursday finding another vehicle that we were interested in. Once again, Mike was very prompt to return my email and set up an appointment for Friday afternoon. Upon arrival, he had the vehicle up front waiting for me and I purchased it later that afternoon. Your customer service should set a standard, as most dealers that I dealt with relating to this purchase were below average. Thanks again to a great experience Walker Ford. More

Excellent Customer Service I bought a used Ford Explorer from Walker Ford because of the outstanding customer service that I received when I was there. I found 2 identical vehi I bought a used Ford Explorer from Walker Ford because of the outstanding customer service that I received when I was there. I found 2 identical vehicles, one was at Walker Ford and the other was at another Ford dealership in Clearwater. I live in Bradenton, so most of the communication was done via email. One evening I drove to Clearwater to test drive both vehicles so that I could decide which Ford Explorer I was going to purchase. When I arrived at Walker Ford the vehicle was waiting out front for me and I was greeted at the door. I test drove the vehicle, asked all of my questions and was on my way to the other dealership. The other Ford dealership didn't know who I was or that I was coming to test drive, even though I let someone know what time I would arrive, and the vehicle I wanted to test drive had to be located. Huge difference in the customer service that I received. This is my 4th Ford Explorer. I would buy my next ford from Walker Ford. Christie Carico More
