This new 3% charge for Credit Card use is ridiculous to me. It will make me go to another dealership. Also bought tires from James Woods only to find out when paying they have discontinued the road haz me. It will make me go to another dealership. Also bought tires from James Woods only to find out when paying they have discontinued the road hazard warranty. Bad business. This will make me go to a different dealership to purchase my vehicles that will do right on service of my vehicle. I have bought my last 5 cars from James Woods. But could be my last. Very disappointing to see this in a business. Economy is hard but it is also hard for consumer. Sorry James Woods but this is not the way you do your customer base. After talking to several employees they are not liking these changes either. So it must be a change in the upper. Hope they figure it out before they loose a lot of business. More
