Brought my vehicle as heat shield became loose on drive down from Canada. Was taken in and waited to find out a part was needed and would be in the next day. Mike asked me to come back the next day. Once I down from Canada. Was taken in and waited to find out a part was needed and would be in the next day. Mike asked me to come back the next day. Once I was certain the part was in a went down and dropped the vehicle off. The dealership ordered me a Lyft to go home and one to return. It was quite seamless and appreciated. Only glitch was Mike was on lunch when I returned and I had to wait about 20 minutes to get my car. Mike was nice and apologized for the delay. Thank you for the repair! More
