All that was done on my most recent visit was regular service and brake work. My issue with the negative review was the surprised to hear at the cashier’s counter that I had to pay 3% or something like that in credit card fees. The issue wasn’t because I did not have the money to pay but I hadn’t set up my bank account to pay such a bill off my debit card. It was upsetting to hear that at the cashier’s desk and not right at the beginning. Please tell the service people to disclose that 3% charge right from the start. I understood from the cashier that it was close to one year that the policy was in place. I wasn’t a happy camper to hear that at last minuter. Also, since that brake work the car sounds like “metal-on-metal” on slightly bumpy roads and “at times” a very slight pop is heard on turning right into driveways on pavements higher than a regular street level. It gives me chills to think that there are suspension issues with a car that typically carries a driver weighing only 155lbs. The car has never been on dirt roads. I wish I still had my Honda CRV which never ever had suspension issues. Otherwise the car rides perfectly on expressways any other smooth roads. I have never used it to pull weights. And there are no symptoms of alignment issues but the noise it the car is crazy on slightly uneven streets. The were no suspension issues in the pre-service technician’s inspection report. I have little to no trust in the technician’s inspections after all these issues. I do not even know whether there it any point in replying, even if you advised me to reply.
