I will stand by my guys at Elkins Chevy in Marlton. My car has been having a constant issue with the Onstar system since Nov of 2025. Every time I’ve brought it in to service they have accommodated me, My car has been having a constant issue with the Onstar system since Nov of 2025. Every time I’ve brought it in to service they have accommodated me, and tried their best to diagnose the issue. Even though it’s almost May, and I’m still having the same issue, they are consistent with trying their best to fix it. Rich is AMAZING! He always gives me the best advice and listens to my frustration with GM as a company, but also accommodates me with priority! I appreciate that. These guys truly love their job, and have the best customer service. I will be getting a new vehicle and it’s because of the guys in service that I will be sticking with Chevy. Between Mike and Rich they need extra praise for how well they’ve handled my situation. More

I took my Chevrolet Equinox EV to Elkins Chevrolet to identify an ongoing HVAC issue my that Hessert Chevrolet was not able to diagnose after three (3) trips to that dealership. Mike and the service tea identify an ongoing HVAC issue my that Hessert Chevrolet was not able to diagnose after three (3) trips to that dealership. Mike and the service team was diligent and systematic with diagnosing the issue. They believe they have resolved the issue and I am hopeful that they have. They were extremely pleasant and professional to deal with, unlike the absolute jerk of a service manager at Hessert Chevrolet, John. He should be fired from his job for incompetency and unprofessionalism. He dropped the “F” bomb with me numerous times during my call to that dealership last week. I will be taking my Equinox to Elkins Chevrolet for service going forward. More
