Elkins Chevrolet is The Place to go I leased a 2018 Chevrolet Colorado from Bill Wiler at Elkins. Coming towards the end of my lease time I started having trouble with the vehicle. I c I leased a 2018 Chevrolet Colorado from Bill Wiler at Elkins. Coming towards the end of my lease time I started having trouble with the vehicle. I called service and spoke to Josh Elkins. He recommended having the vehicle towed using my GM coverage. I was able to get a loaner vehicle and the shuttle came to my work, picking me up during my lunch hour to get the loaner and get back to work. The Colorado was towed to Elkins and it was test driven the next day but they couldn't replicate the problem. Sensing my frustration, Josh asked me a lot of questions to try to see what other direction he could go in. Luckily it was test driven again and the problem happened. I was back and forth on the phone with Josh Elkins and Mike Bilbow. The problem(s) were found, parts were ordered and installed - covered under my warranty. I picked up the vehicle but didn't feel safe in it and everyone I spoke with completely understood. Andrew and Ryan Bradley took the time to talk with me. I test drove one vehicle but didn't care for it. Bob Borman came out and gave me great information on the different vehicle options that were available. While I was talking to everyone, they looked over the Colorado and contacted GM financial to see where I stood in the lease. I left with the Colorado and a lot of things to think about and research over the weekend. Andrew suggested I come back on Monday to test drive an Equinox. I am so glad I did. I had two Equinox's in the past and really feel comfortable driving that type of vehicle. I appreciate that there was no pressure for me to make any decisions that day since I still had time left on my lease. I returned on Monday, test drove an Equinox that we had been discussing and decided this was the vehicle I wanted. Bill Wiler even stopped in to say hello since he wasn't in on the day I was there. I am now leasing a 2020 Equinox for less than the Colorado and I am so happy. I will be recommending Elkins Chevrolet. More

Easy pleasant experience Most people hate the dreaded car search dealing with pushy salesmen, so imagine my surprise when I stopped buy one day to look at used Chevy Tahoe's a Most people hate the dreaded car search dealing with pushy salesmen, so imagine my surprise when I stopped buy one day to look at used Chevy Tahoe's and a friendly/personable sales woman came out to greet me! I wasn't impressed with the Tahoe (for what I was looking for) but was so happy with Lori that I went back again, a few days later, to look into other used vehicles that she messaged me about and while there I fell in love with a brand new showroom model Chevy Traverse! I typically don't buy new cars but WOW this one was exactly what I was looking for and with all the extra bells and whistles. I just had to have it. Came back the same day with my husband and Lori gave us a great price and even better customer service. I got a fair trade in on my other car and it was an all around pleasant experience. We had to go back the next day to drop off a few items and spent a good 45 minutes with Mike Bilbow who excitedly showed us all of the cool new features the Traverse has. He was friendly, personable and super knowledgeable. Great group of people to work with!! More

We had an issue with another dealership and found the car we wanted at Elkins. I called and they got everything started for me so that all we had to do was paperwork and go. Buying a car from Elkins during COVID-19 social distancing Elkins people handled our needs with excellence and ease. They were very aware of our needs in the new vehicle. Similar to the front line people wor Elkins people handled our needs with excellence and ease. They were very aware of our needs in the new vehicle. Similar to the front line people working at supermarkets and hospitals they had set up procedures and locations on the lot so as to keep contact down to a bare minimum. "Almost like ordering takeout from a restaurant". Bob Borman handled the questions and negotiations by text and emails, he was prompt, informative and attentive. The test drives were all set up with the car cleaned, protection coverings in place and distanced from people contact. We felt very safe. Their Tech guy, Mike Bilbow was very informative, he helped explain some of the features and gave us his contact info so we can continually ask questions . This is the 2nd car we've purchased there and have come to know and trust them. We have two Colorado's and this new blazer fits right in, It's very stylish and has great power. In these trying times the experience was handled with caution, safety and excellence. More
