2011, 2012, 2014, 2017, and 2020 Silverados all purchased at Elkins. Plus my wife’s 2014 and 2017 Traverse. To say I am a fan of Elkins Chevrolet is an understatement. They are simply the best. Friendly and at Elkins. Plus my wife’s 2014 and 2017 Traverse. To say I am a fan of Elkins Chevrolet is an understatement. They are simply the best. Friendly and easy going staff who are knowledgeable about the products but not pushy. I plan on buying vehicles from them for a long time. Great Sales Staff & Excellent Price I have had many cars before, Asian/American/Euro, Mainstream/Premium brands, etc. Usually, some high volume dealers can give you great discounts, but I have had many cars before, Asian/American/Euro, Mainstream/Premium brands, etc. Usually, some high volume dealers can give you great discounts, but their service is generally poor. To their credit, Elkins sales team is not pushy like other places. They are very helpful, and patiently answer all my questions. In other dealers, they'd say just about anything to close the sale. Even after the sale, the Elkins staff helped me out. For example, I forgot to erase the access code from the built-in garage door openers and restore the infotainment console to factory settings before I turned over my old car. My sales representative (Ryan Bradley) helped me fix that as this is a real home safety concern. Their sales manager (Bob) helped me get additional discounts and gave me great options to finance or lease the car. Their finance and tech teams (Lisa/Mike) are very knowledgeable in their respective areas. Overall, I am pleased with my decision to get a car from Elkins. More
