Starting with Robin, the sales & leasing agent. Her professionalism and kindness were off the charts. She make me feel confident all the time during the whole process. And Mike, the finance manager. In charge of the the negotiations with the banks, went the extra mile to get it done. He really make things happen. (got to be careful with this guy, he's a tiger, but a good one). And last but not least, Tracy, the leasing manager. She got off her desk and did a test drive to my car to make sure first hand that everything with the vehicle was working properly. This kind of service didn't exist, in my view, until I experienced in Walker Ford. Coming from PR and not knowing anything about how the process works, I was confused. But in my humble opinion, God put Robin and Walker Ford in my path to bless me. Thank you guys for everything. God bless you. More

A dream come true Ever since I was a child, growing up in my dad's various sports cars (from trans ams to mustangs, including a 1964.5 mustang and a 2001 Roush), I alwa Ever since I was a child, growing up in my dad's various sports cars (from trans ams to mustangs, including a 1964.5 mustang and a 2001 Roush), I always wanted a v8 just like him. On 6/30/19, that dream has finally become a reality, thanks to years of hard work and the amazing people at Walker Ford. When I first reached out to Tracy, she immediately cut me a great deal on my new to me, certified pre owned 2017 Mustang GT California Special. I next dealt with Robin, who was just one of absolutely the most incredible people I've ever dealt with, and the best sales person I've ever dealt with by miles. She answered every question I had and made the whole process a blast. Her unwavering enthusiasm, keeping in contact with me, and even her awesome stories she told us while we had time to kill waiting on paperwork to finish, she was an absolute joy to deal with. She even got the car serviced for me the night before I came in to purchase it so I could hear a cold start on it, which was just incredible, and I'm unbelievably grateful that her and the wonderful people here were able to make, a perhaps admittedly silly request on my part, happen specifically because it would make me happy. Mike in finance was also awesome to deal with. He was honest, straight forward, and helped me make the best decisions possible based on my needs and wants. I have to point out that his enthusiasm was also much appreciated. As he said: "purchasing a car should be a fun experience," and it most certainly was thanks to everyone here. GM Ivey, if you're reading this, you have an amazing team around you. I can't say enough kind things about the people here at Walker Ford and my experience here, especially Robin.
