Robin kept us updated and even picked us up at the hotel! Actual purchase was a breeze as Explorer was better than described...it has leather seats! More

They also treat you like family while they are working hard to get you into the car you want. They do there best to please you on the payments and the best interest that they can try to get for you. Since I have been coming to ford for my service on my old car they all treat you so well and even remember your name when they see you. It makes you feel welcome in many ways. I shopped online first and then came in to see some trucks. I found the one I wanted but wasn’t ready to buy. Robin and Tracy gave me the info I wanted and let me leave without any pressure. I found a comparable truck at another dealer and they agreed to beat their price. I was out of town at the time and with a $500 deposit they held my truck for 3 days. When I came to get my truck I was in and out in just over 2 hours including financing. More

She was very throrough and took a lot of time making sure I understood how everything works. She helped me set up my phone and downloaded the Ford Pass explaining how to find the information for myself. I am also confident she went the extra mile to get me the best deal available. Mike, in Finance, was also extremely helpful explaining all of the different options available in the various Maintenance Plans. He made sure I understood exactly what I was spending my money on.
