Kevin Jewel and the entire staff made me feel like part of the family the minute that my mom and I walked in the door. Overall my entire experience was quite pleasurable. This year I was in the market for another new vehicle but I wanted to test drive a few other makes and models. Every dealership that I visited made me feel like a customer and left me feeling very cold (the vehicles weren't that impressive either). I kept thinking about the warmth that Kevin and the Walker family made me feel so I decided to test drive the Escape. The minute that I pulled into the lot I was greeted and felt like I was home. Not to mention that I feel in love with the Escape before I even took it for a drive. Thank You Kevin and Walker Ford! :-) More

Worth the 10 years of waiting I have been without a vehicle of my own for 10 years so I came to Walker Ford to look for a new F-150 supercrew lariat. My son Austin recommended that I have been without a vehicle of my own for 10 years so I came to Walker Ford to look for a new F-150 supercrew lariat. My son Austin recommended that I talk to Shawna as he just recently bought a new Mustang from her. She was very helpful in helping me find the perfect truck. She had me test drive every motor option to show me the difference in power. I ended up special ordering a new lariat with the options I wanted, but then a preowned 2016 platinum came in and she helped me get a great deal on a truck that I never thought I could afford. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and at how professional and thorough Shawna was during the entire purchase process and would highly recommend anyone to make sure that they ask for her. Excellent purchase experience We began our search for the vehicle we wanted at a different dealership. After not finding the model car that we wanted with the right options, we dec We began our search for the vehicle we wanted at a different dealership. After not finding the model car that we wanted with the right options, we decided to order a new car in the new year models. We discussed this with the salesman; who said he would get back to us shortly. Well, two weeks later I received an email that said that dealership could not do that. Their expert was no longer employed there. So, I went online to find out when the new 2018 models would be built. At that time, we went to Walker Ford, and from the first second we entered the dealership, it was "can do" from everyone there. It was an easy, seamless purchase experience from the beginning. Our salesman (Rod Miller) was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They ordered the car in just a few minutes. And when the car arrived, it was prepared and serviced on schedule. We inspected the car and all the options we wanted were correct. The dealership even put on a free paint coating to prevent road debris from sticking to the clean paint.A great purchase experience. More
