The Sales Rep that I worked with, Jacob Rogers, was brand new. He did the best he could, but it was apparent that he had just been "thrown to the wolves". He did a great job taking care of my needs. He just needs a much better training system and a much better management system. The facility itself, it is not good. The front show room area was hot and uncomfortable. The waiting area TV did not work. The sun was relentless coming through the front windows in the evening. Some updates are needed - and quick.
