Our family drove over an hour and crossed state lines to see what Criswell Chevrolet had to offer and are we ever glad we did! We initially came to look at and buy a used vehicle, but happily left with a 2021 Silverado as well!! Last year we bought a 2020 Silverado at a Chevy dealership in our city, but just didn’t feel satisfied with our purchase. We felt like we were paying too much for the truck and that the sales team was just too pushy. I’ve known Mike for about 15 yrs and we called him AFTER buying our truck to ask a few questions. We IMMEDIATELY regretted not going to him in the first place. Fast forward a year later- it was time for me to get a new car. After looking around locally, we came to Mike. Not only was Mike super knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on his lot, but his knowledge and skill on the financial side of car buying was what “sold” my husband. Mike put my husband into a truck with more power and bells and whistles for nearly the SAME monthly payment. My husband wasn’t even planning on buying a new truck either! Who can resist that? Criswell was the 5th or 6th car lot we had been to looking for a vehicle for me. Next time we won’t waste our precious time looking around locally. Instead, we’ll make the drive to Criswell because the inventory, and friendly sales service has made all the difference. More

My experience with Criswell Chevrolet is great! I went to the dealership with no intention to buy. I simply wanted to look and see if I even liked the new version of a Silverado. I found a truck that I would the dealership with no intention to buy. I simply wanted to look and see if I even liked the new version of a Silverado. I found a truck that I would be interested in and let everyone know that if the stars don't align I will leave and still be happy. Well the stars aligned. Kwame had help from a new salesman, Ryan, while he finished with another customer. Ryan answered my questions or found answers if he wasn't sure! He got me started with the buying process. Mike, the sales manager, came and talked to me and found out what I needed to see to make this happen! He was pleasant, to the point, and listened to me carefully. Jeff, the good guy in finance, didn't give me the reason I was looking for to say no. He worked with me on payments, extended warranties, and interest rates to make it right and I couldn't say no! He did a great job!! Kwame, has been in constant contact with me since I left the dealership. He has helped arrange the service appointment to have after market things applied, he has answered all my questions as they come. And the best thing, he always greeted me with a smile!! I never felt pushed, or rushed. I was clear about what I wanted and they were clear about what they could do. I had a wonderful experience and I recommend not only Criswell but also Kwame and Ryan! Thank you for your help putting me in my dream truck!! More

My situation was a challenging one. I purchased a new truck that broke down less than 24 hours after I took ownership. I truly believe that this occurrence was a "one-off" issue, as I've spoken to severa truck that broke down less than 24 hours after I took ownership. I truly believe that this occurrence was a "one-off" issue, as I've spoken to several friends/coworkers that have similar vehicles (including one that owns the exact year/model) that have NEVER had any mechanical issues. Mike Boyce (sales manager) honestly did a fantastic job listening to my concerns and working to make sure that my experience with Criswell was an overall positive one. Mike and staff spent extra time to be sure that my needs were met and I would say that Criswell should be happy to have these guys on board. Kudos to Criswell for looking out for their customers and assuring a happy end result. More
