He said he could still get a loaner but the wait would only be an hour and a half if that. We decided to wait. The kids enjoyed some juice and donuts while I had some coffee. The kids used the free WiFi and before we knew it the car was ready. Klaben is a great place with wonderful people who care about you, your time and your money. This is my third vehicle from Klaben. And a bonus....with the factory rebate my oil change was essentially free! More

I love the car and had no problems with it until I noticed a persistent squeak coming from the rear of the car. My husband felt that there was something amiss with the suspension and or wheel bearings. I made an appointment and took the car in to the Ford service center. I will not go into great detail here about the problems I encountered with the warranty, the important take home point here is that Klaban stood by their car and gave me excellent service. They took care of me as if I had bought the most expensive new car on their lot. I can't tell you how pleased I am with how they treated me! I will never buy a car anywhere else. Thank you so much for your honesty and customer service above and beyond my expectations! More

Great first service experience This was the first service for my new truck. I had a slight wind noise by the driver's windows that I wanted fixed. The service department couldn't duplicate the issue immediately, but didn't just send me on my way like most service departments would. They had another employee drive it as well, and with some extra input from me, they were able to find it. After it was repaired they made it a point to take it on the exact same stretch of road at the exact same speed to make sure it was right before returning the truck to me. I feel like they went the extra mile, which isn't exactly the norm anymore. I dealt directly with three different employees in the service department and all were helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. More
