My search for good service is finally over I didn't think it was possible to be this happy about taking my car in for service! Everyone I dealt with - from phone operator to my service writer t I didn't think it was possible to be this happy about taking my car in for service! Everyone I dealt with - from phone operator to my service writer to the gentleman who took the initiative to get my car over to the service department after I dropped it off at the quick lane in error - was so beyond helpful to me. All of my concerns were addressed with patience and professionalism - I was treated like the most important customer, just like every other customer that day, I'm sure.
