Great experience The headphones were missing. Mike worked with parts guys to get them shipped. Finance guy was going to ship hat of shirt. Haven't seen that yet! Would recommend to a friend. The dealer provided incorrect information at closing regarding the title of the trade in vehicle. This costed me over $200 to obtain a new title as well as a few hours of my time. I was rather disappoin regarding the title of the trade in vehicle. This costed me over $200 to obtain a new title as well as a few hours of my time. I was rather disappointed. Though Mike was not directly involved in this issue. He stated that he knew it would be an issue after the fact. I was disappointed that no alternative options were presented and at the time was reassured that everything was good to go. More
