Buying a car should be a pleasant experience. I never expected a unpleasant and rude manner of financing manager and general manager. I was supposed to get a package from the service manager but haven't expected a unpleasant and rude manner of financing manager and general manager. This is by far the WORST experience I've ever experienced at a dealership. Dealing with the service department in getting an issue resolved before the warranty team out was a nightmare and now that the issue at a dealership. The sales manager never returned calls or emails. The general manager did return a call after several attempts to reach him and after going to Kia with complaints.
