I went in there for a check engine light. I had it checked out. and it was a very minor thing. When I took it to the dealer, they of course, found tons of stuff that no one else could find wh I had it checked out. and it was a very minor thing. When I took it to the dealer, they of course, found tons of stuff that no one else could find which I found strange. And when I went over the problem that I was having, they assured me it would be fixed. When I left the dealership, none of what I originally went in there to have done was actually fixed. I drove away with the same check, engine light, and the same problem as when I first went in. Now I had to take time out of my life to take the truck back so they can do things and they still managed to screw that up. I spent around $3000 for a very minor problem and it took three trips to finally get this done because they simply wouldn’t get around to doing it. I heard a lot of bad things after my incident and I will never take my truck to this dealership ever again. The service there was horrible and I heard a lot of fishy things were going on. I guess I learned my lesson. More
