I came up to Ft Wayne from Carmel and he was waiting for me- I liked that. We drove the car, then had a tour of the dealership, which is veery impressive if I might say, then completed the transaction with finance assistance from Braxton, the "BMW Genius" according to his business card and then some quality time with Tyler who explained a lot of the significant amount of electronic features BMW has put into this amazing car. My girlfriend life partner absolutely loves her new mini, everyone was pleasant the whole experience, Mike was not pushy and took us through the whole process, I met the owner Jim Kelly and wanted to ask him what it was like to make it to four Super Bowls and lose all four, of course he was a different Kelly and a lot younger but he stopped and introduced himself. Mike Cramer really enjoys his job and has developed a new car experience for us , we will be back for our third red mini and probably leasing able x1 also.
